The 7-man panel headed by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Mahmud Mohammed, will deliver its judgement or after hearing the brief of arguments from the counsels.

The justices took a break to discuss the arguments, and announced that they will discuss Governor Wike's appeal once they return from a 30-minute break.
